Replaced 20 year old, 164,000 BTU Burnham boiler with a 155,000 Weil-McLain Evergreen series boiler.  This boiler runs two separate hot water coils in an air handler system.  The boiler runs on-demand from two separate thermostats, one upstairs and one on the first floor.

This is mounted on a uni-strut frame which is anchored to the floor joist and to the concrete floor.  Once the boiler hits the proper temperature, it will modulate itself up or down to maintain the temperature.  

This customer would spend nearly $6,000 on LP per heating season with the old boiler.
